Digital Product Terms

1. Scope and Applicability

These Digital Product Terms apply specifically to downloadable digital files, templates, design systems, UI kits, documents, spreadsheets, and creative assets purchased or acquired through MintSaaS.

These terms supplement our general Terms & Conditions. If you are purchasing or licensing standalone desktop software applications (such as system utilities), the terms of our Software License Agreement (EULA) apply instead.

2. Product-Specific Terms Control

Not every digital product has identical licensing terms. Authors, creators, or specific product packages may specify tailored terms (for example, personal-use only, single-commercial project, or unlimited commercial projects).

Where a specific product page or accompanying documentation defines specific license terms, those product-specific terms control and supersede any conflicting provisions in this general policy.

3. Standard License Grant

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the relevant product listing, purchasing a digital product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, use, and adapt the asset for your own personal or internal business projects.

This license is granted to the individual or business entity that purchased the item. It does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights of the underlying files, code, design, or assets.

4. Permitted Uses

Subject to the specific tier of license purchased, you are typically permitted to:

• Use the template or asset as a starting point to build an end product or project for yourself or a client.
• Customize, modify, translate, crop, or style the asset to suit your specific project requirements.
• Combine the asset with other content to produce a finished, compiled deliverable.
• Make a reasonable backup copy of the downloaded files for personal archival purposes.

5. Prohibited Uses

Unless you have obtained express prior written consent from MintSaaS or the copyright holder, you must not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, rent, or lease the raw digital assets or templates, whether in original or modified form.
• Include the raw assets in a marketplace, template repository, website builder, or open-source repository where third parties can extract them.
• Claim original authorship or ownership of the underlying design, artwork, or code template.
• Use the assets in any defamatory, deceptive, unlawful, or infringing manner.
• Make the raw digital files publicly downloadable on any server or peer-to-peer network.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All digital products, files, source templates, documentation, and preview graphics remain the intellectual property of MintSaaS and/or its contributing creators. All rights not expressly granted to you under these terms are reserved.

7. Digital Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically via download links provided upon successful order completion or made available through your account where supported.

Because access is provided electronically, please ensure you download and securely back up your purchased files promptly upon receipt. If you encounter any technical issues receiving or extracting your download, please reach out via our Contact & Support page.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Because downloadable digital products are irrevocably accessible upon download, refund considerations for digital assets differ from physical goods.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

Digital products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. MintSaaS does not guarantee that templates or digital assets will meet your specific business requirements or be error-free across all third-party software environments.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MintSaaS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the digital products.
