15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MintSaaS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the software.
16. License Termination
A license granted under this Agreement may terminate if you materially violate the applicable license terms. Following termination, you may be required to stop using the software entirely and remove any unauthorized copies in your possession, where applicable.
